i am 25 weeks as of today and am having some spotting. though there is no pain. i havent any spotting at any other point in my pregnancy. what could this be? and i havent had any pains either, havent even got any bh contractions yet. i have an appt on wednesday. but am wondering if maybe i should go for a walk-in at my doctor's or to the er now. what should i do? and should i be worried? not too mention i have delivered premature with both previous pregnancies due to a bicornuate uterus.
