Really hard decision, Please help?

When I found out I was pregnant I was so excited so when I went to the hospital for my dating sono I couldn't wait. My husband and I got to the hospital and paint was chipping off the ceiling and the halls look dark and gloomy and to top it off the nurses had attitudes for no reason. I thought this was just a one time thing so I let it go. Then I took a blood test at my doctor and the results weren’t that great so I had to get genetic counseling before a procedure. So I went back to the hospital and our appointment was at 11am. When I got there the waiting room was filled, by 12pm the room was empty even people that came after me had left. So I went to the desk to ask what was going on and the lady said oh, we didn't realize you were here we were about to go home and making all kind of jokes and with such a sensitive situation she was being a a**. I was so upset. My aunt also delivered in the hospital and said they left the piece on the baby’s leg that stops people from taking the baby and her IV started bleeding and it took them forever to fix it. I found another hospital but now my doctor can't deliver the baby and I really like my gyn. So what more important a great doctor at a crappy hospital or an OK doctor at a wonderful hospital
