You can start by powering down your PC, and pull your graphics card and put it back in making sure it is seated properly. Blow out any dust that might be aculating. It is possible that your Multimedia Controller and Multimedia Video Controller were disabled because your expansion cards are bring used. If they were always disabled, you might want to disable them again. Check all your connections, make sure its nothing easy like that. Try all this first.
