I have a bug bite on the left side of my neck and all of my lymph nodes are swollen in the back of my neck?

I also have stomach cramps and I have the shits... I am not running a fever but my whole neck is sore and I am currently taking zyrtec, and another anti histamine and topical benedryl and its been like this for 2 days now... should I see a doctor? I am alergic to bees and mosquitoes but this bite is not either. I did bleed from the bite.
