Reverse tubals done in Newfoundland?

I had my tubes tied almost five years ago now after my twins were born thinking I was finished having children. It turns out that now I am kinda regretting that choice I made, I am turning 30 soon and it has occured to me that i would like to have another child, but I am not sure how to go about the reversal and what happens and the costs and stuff if anyone knows anything please let me know I can use all the info I can get.
