When is a Dog an Adult?

Well, puppies aren't really considered "puppies" after 5 months old, from what I've heard. They are just "older puppies" until a year old. A dog younger than a year should be fed a puppy formula. If you are concerned with your dog's teeth, it is best to let your vet deal with it. Chihuahuas and Min Pins are both prone to teeth problems.
