Need help for my Data ysis exam!!?

Okay so i have been having a lot of problems determining the Null and alternative hypothesis.. every time i think i get it right it seems that its wrong... is there any simple way of recognizing the null and alternative hypotheses would be??? any help would be greatly appreciated
