Would a blood test for accutane detect THC from marijuana use?

I had completely stopped smoking for about 4 months. I've been on accutane for about a month and a half now. On Sunday, i took a few hits from a spliff for the first time in 4 months. However, i did not feel high. Right after I took the few hits, I quickly remembered that I had a monthly fasting blood test for accutane on tuesday morning. On monday, i drank a lot of water, a lot of apple cider vinegar, 8 cups of green tea and cranberry juice as i was worried. The blood tests is for the enzymes of my liver, it was for a CBC (complete blood count), ALT, Lipid esment, Sgot and Sgpt. I took the blood test and I am very worried that they would find THC in my blood. Is it possible they can detect THC with these certain tests?
